On August 16, 2007, GFI Solutions Inc. sold the shares of its subsidiary, MSDS Solutions Inc., to 3E Company for an undisclosed amount.

MSDS offers a suite of cost-effective, on-demand (SaaS) solutions that help businesses manage a variety of global environmental, health & safety (EH&S) regulatory compliance requirements.

3E Company, a member of the Verisk Analytics Family of Companies, is the leading provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) information and compliance management services based in  California.
