  • Natixis, New York Branch in the C$184 million refinancing and consolidation of credit facilities in connection with the Glenarm, GoldLight and Illumination solar power projects in Ontario
  • Samsung Renewable Energy Inc. in its:
    • sale of its interest in Southgate Solar LP to Connor, Clark & Lunn Southgate Investment II Limited Partnership
    • sale to CC&L of the 100 megawatt Sol-luce power solar generation project in Kingston, Ontario
    • announcement with Pattern Energy Group LP of the start of construction of the 270 MW South Kent Wind project in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent
  • Windsor Essex Mobility Group GP in connection with a C$207 million senior project refinancing
