Victoria de Luna is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate law practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities.

Victoria has experience representing private companies, public issuers, and underwriters in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of shares and assets, private placements, and prospectus offerings. She has also advised public companies on corporate governance and ongoing securities law requirements, including continuous disclosure matters.

Victoria obtained her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours Environment and Business Co-Operative Program) with a minor in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Waterloo in 2013.

She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association.
