Tina is a paralegal in our litigation department (medical and commercial law). She works primarily in cases before the Court of Quebec, Small Claims Division. She supports our clients by assisting them in drafting proceedings and correspondence, as well as the preparation and filing of evidence and case law. She systematically verifies the electronic Court docket information and communicates regularly with the Courts to monitor the progress of the matter. Tina regularly assists our clients in preparing their testimony and as required, accompanies clients to hearings.

Experience

Tina has over 40 years' experience in litigation, including roles as legal assistant, Medical Liability Technician and paralegal. She studied paralegal studies at Collège O'Sullivan and Collège Ahunstic. Over the course of her career, Tina has trained several team members within the firm and has been a member of the Comité des adjointes en litige for more than 20 years. She has been a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals since 1999 and served on the CAP Board of Directors for many years.
