Taylor Page is an associate in McCarthy Tétrault’s National Tax Group, based in the firm’s Calgary office. She maintains a general tax planning practice.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Taylor worked as an associate in the tax practice group of a large national law firm based in Calgary, and as an international tax consultant at a Big 4 public accounting firm in Seattle, WA.
Taylor obtained her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude. In addition to being awarded the Law Presidential Scholarship, she received the CALI award in Gift and Estate Taxation. While earning her J.D., Taylor externed at the University of Washington's Federal Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, which provides pro bono representation to low-income individuals in their tax disputes with the IRS. Taylor also served on the executive board of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Truman Chapter. Taylor has also completed an LL.M. in U.S. taxation with a focus on international tax from the University of Washington School of Law.
Taylor was called to the Washington Bar in 2015 and to the Alberta Bar in 2020. She is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Washington State Bar Association.
