Susana Fedyniak is a Senior Law Clerk in our Real Property Group in Toronto. She brings extensive title experience in assisting the firm’s solicitors with the preparation of closing and registration documentation for commercial matters, title reports, and opinion letters. Susana supports clients by reviewing, analyzing and summarizing surveys, complicated legal descriptions and title, in both the Registry and Land Titles systems. Susana recognizes and corrects title deficiencies, and prepares documents for the conversion of lands into the Land Titles system. She deals directly with clients, Land Registry Office personnel and with City Solicitors
and Clerks.

Experience

Susana began her career as a title searcher and conveyancer, and brings over 31 years of experience in real property transactions. With her title experience, Susana provides mentoring to the group.
