Simon Chamberland is a Partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. His practice focuses on civil and administrative litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability and disciplinary law.
Simon acts notably as lawyer to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its members.
Simon received his degree of civil law (BCL) and common law (LLB) from McGill University in 2005. During his law studies, he participated in an exchange program with the University of Granada (Spain) where he studied Spanish and European law for a year.
Simon was called to the Québec bar in 2006. In 2006-2007, he was a law clerk under the Honourable Justice Louis LeBel, at the Supreme Court of Canada. He practices at McCarthy Tétrault since 2007.
