Sharminy Rasiah is a paralegal in our Immigration Law Division in Montreal. She has been working in the Immigration law field since 2017. She specializes in temporary residence programs, which includes Labour Market Impact Assessment and International Mobility Programs. In the last five years, she has assisted many foreigners to obtain a legal status in Canada, specifically in Quebec. Sharminy is fluent in English, French and Tamil.

Sharminy completed the Accelerated Paralegal Technology program in 2017 and became a paralegal. Since January 2021, she is also a registered Immigration Consultant with CICC.
