Samuel is currently completing his Civil Law degree at the University of Ottawa. Prior to his legal studies, he earned a Bachelor in Philosophy from Université de of Montréal, followed by a Master of Administration from Université Laval where he received a merit scholarship from the Graduate Studies Faculty. He then acquired experience in international development and emergency intervention.

Throughout his legal studies, he cultivated diverse interests through various involvements including working as a researcher for a legal clinic in foreign investment law. He also collaborated with an American startup that leverages artificial intelligence to create tools for legal education. Active in his community, Samuel has participated in the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and contributed to various committees and clubs on his campus.

Passionate about sports and maintaining a keen interest in philosophy, he recently published a chapter in a book discussing the moral issues related to the governance of sports teams. Samuel also enjoys travelling, running and is an avid basketball fan.
