Sabih Ottawa is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes and professional liability. 

Sabih received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she received several honours including the Jean Teillet Access to Justice Award and Top Oralist in multiple moot competitions. Sabih also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University where she studied finance and accounting. 

Outside of law, Sabih centers her community involvement around poverty alleviation, gender equity and youth advocacy. Sabih volunteers for numerous organizations and sits on the Board of Directors of the YWCA in Hamilton. The Women’s Law Association of Ontario recognized Sabih’s leadership and community involvement by awarding her the 2020 Honourable Justice Sandra Chapnik Award. 

Sabih was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
