Pascale Klees-Themens is an associate in the Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and medical liability.

Pascale has acted for leading companies in important commercial, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation cases before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also represented physicians before civil courts and various disciplinary bodies.

Pascale obtained her degree in civil law (LL.L) from the University of Ottawa in 2016, graduating with summa cum laude, and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2017. She is a member of the Young Bar of Montreal and of the Canadian Bar Association.
