Obruche Heinanen is a managing associate in our Business Law Group in London, England. She has a general corporate practice which includes corporate finance as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions. Her work focuses on the international energy and mining sectors, with a particular interest in Africa.

Obruche received her LLB from London South Bank University, completed the BVC at the Inns of Court School of Law and received her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from University College London.

Obruche is a member of the General Council of the Bar, the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, the Law Society of England and Wales and the Surrey Law Society.
