Naomi Youngson, Senior Director, Innovation, is responsible for innovating all programs relating to paraprofessionals across the firm. In her role, she identifies and implements programs, processes and tools that drive innovation and excellence in the paraprofessional cohort and enhance the delivery of client services. Naomi brings her business law practice experience and over 20 years of experience delivering innovation, client solutions, technology adoption and process improvement to her work.

Naomi leads the firm’s new service offering, MT>Corporate, which streamlines corporate maintenance, saving clients time, money, and the administrative burden of managing external agents.

Naomi holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from UBC.
