Michaela is a dedicated and accomplished individual with a diverse academic background and a passion for law, finance, and international affairs. Currently, Michaela is pursuing a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. 

Prior to her legal studies, Michaela earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double-major in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University, graduating with Distinction. She further expanded her academic horizons through international exchange programs at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the University of Bologna in Italy. 

Michaela has always enjoyed being involved in her community, ranging from writing articles for the McGill International Review to being involved in AIESEC and assisting fellow students as a teacher assistant in multiple classes. Most recently, she held an executive position in the McGill International Business and Trade Law Society and represented McGill at Model WTO 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland. 

Before joining McCarthy Tétrault, Michaela worked at financial institutions in Montreal and Toronto, focusing on Fund Formation and Private Investments.
