Melina completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, Melina worked as a caseworker in the employment law division at Parkdale Community Legal Services, volunteered with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program, and served as a Dean’s Fellow in Public and Constitutional Law.

Prior to attending law school, Melina studied French and Contemporary Studies at the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During this time, Melina was a member of student council and co-founded a student society that researched and reported on patterns of female representation in curricula and academic spaces.

Melina also spent one year working as an au pair in Paris, and hopes to use her French language skills to support clients in both French and English. In her spare time, Melina enjoys reading, spinning, and going on walks with friends.
