Team Value and Skills

Mariève is a paralegal in the business law group in the Quebec City office. She assists clients in the preparation and filing of annual returns to various government authorities and the annual returns of extra-provincial corporations. She also conducts corporate research, participates in the updating of corporate minutes books and provides support in the preparation of corporate documents for various transactions

Mariève joined the firm as a paralegal trainee in the business law team in May 2017.
