Team Value and Skills

Lifa is a senior law clerk in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She primarily assists the Litigation Group in defending medical malpractice cases. Lifa also assists on a Public Inquiry matter.

Experience

Lifa has extensive experience in the management of medical malpractice cases. Her involvement includes review of medical documentation, documentary discovery and production, liaising with medical professionals and expert witnesses. Lifa has also played an integral role in the preparation of numerous trials.

Lifa graduated from Sault College in 1994 with a legal assistant diploma. She also successfully completed the law clerk course through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 1998, with honours in Litigation and Real Estate. Lifa has continued her education over the years to keep abreast of emerging technologies.
