Team Value and Skills

Laurie Dugal is a paralegal in our Litigation Group in Québec City. She helps the team of medical lawyers working for the defence of members of the Canadian Medical Protective Association. Ms. Dugal assists the medical litigation team by participating, for example, in conducting case law and doctrinal research, preparing civil proceedings and drafting opinions regarding the quantum of damages. She plays a major support role for her team through her litigation experience acquired while working in private firms and her in-depth knowledge of legal research and drafting. 

Experience 

After completing her law degree, Ms. Dugal worked first as a paralegal in criminal law and then in civil litigation for a private firm. In 2017, she joined our firm’s medical litigation team.

Certifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree in law from Université Laval in 2014.
