Kim is an e-Discovery Project Manager in our Toronto office. Kim has proven experience in successfully delivering large scale, complex, technology programs & projects including data and information governance initiatives involving complex organizational change management strategies.  


In addition to a background in e-Discovery consulting, comprising of supporting technology solution configuration, design and training for document review teams, Kim has also facilitated detailed process mapping of e-Discovery processes and activities with legal teams to identify efficiencies, reducing costs and effort.  


Kim has her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and Certificate in Managing Organizational Change with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a Certified Scrum Master.  She is an AIIM Certified Information Professional (CIP) supporting organization-wide strategic planning on established methodologies and industry best practices in today’s information and data driven world. 


The importance of positive leadership and mentoring is essential for growth and development and Kim has been involved in several mentoring programs and served a three-year term on the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) Women Who Lead, Advisory Committee.  Kim has also volunteered on several other informal programs supporting community, diversity & inclusion, and mental health initiatives.
