Kelly Doran is a paralegal in our Business Law Group in Calgary. Kelly’s focus lies in handling annual maintenance affairs within Alberta and throughout Canada. Moreover, she possesses extensive knowledge in facilitating company incorporations and organizations in Alberta, dissolutions and cancellations, extraprovincial registrations, business name registrations, renewals, and various other corporate matters of a general nature.
