Team Value and Skills

Karen Ng is a law clerk in our Real Property and Planning group in Toronto. Karen supports clients by assisting in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including reviewing due diligence searches, drafting title memos, drafting closing documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, drafting reports/opinion, attending to registration of title documents, and managing closing day logistics.

Experience

Karen specializes in transactional matters including acquisitions, dispositions and financings of office buildings, vacant lands and industrial properties. She also has experience in leasing matters is knowledgeable in title and off-title related search matters. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, she was a law clerk at two national firms.
