Jin Ge holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours program) from Université de Montréal. Prior to her university studies, she completed́ with distinction a Diploma of College Studies and an International Baccalaureate degree in Health Sciences at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
While at university, Jin Ge founded the Entrepreneurship Club of Université de Montréal. She was also involved in her community as vice-president of the Verdun Youth Council, as a member of the International Affairs Committee of the Faculty of Law of Université de Montréal, and as a volunteer for the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and Pro Bono Students Canada.
Jin Ge has worked as a research assistant to several professors in both securities law and security and property law. After participating in an exchange program at China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, she had the opportunity to intern in international corporate law at two Chinese law firms. During her third year of law school, she represented her faculty at the Bowman National Tax Moot competition.
She has received several awards and scholarships for her academic achievements and involvement, including the 2019 Donors' Scholarship for Excellence in Business Law for her academic excellence and the diversity of her work experiences.
Jin Ge is fluent in three languages: French, English and Mandarin.
