Iris is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and private equity.

Iris received her J.D. in 2019 from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. She also completed a semester abroad at Fudan University in Shanghai where she studied business and foreign investment law. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto in 2015.

Iris was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
