Grégory Morin-Maltais is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montreal. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions in the private sector and cross-border transactions.

Grégory advises companies in a variety of sectors on acquisition and divestiture transactions as well as those made for investment purposes. He is involved in aspects such as the drafting or review and the negotiation of share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other commercial agreements.

Before joining McCarthy Tétrault, Grégory practised business law in the Montreal office of a national firm.

Grégory obtained his LLB and a specialized graduate diploma in business law from Université de Montréal in 2015. He also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montréal in 2012.

Grégory was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016.
