Team Value and Skills

Firuza Guliyeva is a paraprofessional in our Labour and Employment Group in Calgary, Alberta. She assists lawyers and clients with all aspects of the Firm’s labour and employment law practice. Her responsibilities include assessment of reasonable notice periods; legal research; preparation of offer letters; employment contracts; termination packages; and legal documents including pleadings and correspondence; privacy responses; and, the litigation process. She brings proven value to our wide variety of the Firm’s clientele, particularly to our defined scope retainer clients – ensuring the delivery of timely and appropriate legal services.

Experience

Firuza is a well-qualified paraprofessional with over 13 years’ of legal experience in various areas of law. Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault LLP, Firuza worked as US Immigration Paraprofessional with Miller Thompson LLP, and Labour and Employment Paralegal with Spectrum HR Law LLP. Firuza brings extensive experience as a labour and employment paralegal and her skills, responsibilities and value have increased over the years.
