Emmy Serikawa is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montreal. Her practice covers various areas of civil and administrative litigation, focusing mainly on professional liability and disciplinary law. More specifically, she acts as a lawyer for the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its members.
Ms. Serikawa received her Bachelor of law (LL. B.) from the Université de Montréal in 2007. She also received a bachelor’s degree in preschool and elementary education from Université du Québec à Montréal in 2005.
Ms. Serikawa appears regularly before the courts and has a diverse range of experiences before civil, administrative and disciplinary bodies.
Ms. Serikawa was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2009 and has been practising at McCarthy Tétrault since.
