Elizabeth is completing her joint Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor degree at McGill University's Faculty of Law. Elizabeth has also completed a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours with Distinction) in Political Science from McGill University.

During her time in law school, Elizabeth competed in the Willem C. Her team also placed second at the International Chamber of Commerce pre-Moot in Paris and third at the Permanent Court of Arbitration pre-Moot in Buenos Aires.

Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked in restauration for over a decade as a bartender, manager, and a freelance consultant. In this field she created and oversaw beverage programs for restaurants, bars and companies across Alberta and Quebec. Elizabeth maintains a vested interest in wine, cocktails, and cooking. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, running and generally being outdoors with her dog, family and friends.
