Elena holds BCL/JD degrees from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. During her studies, she received the Stephen A. Scott in Constitutional Law and the Gary Naschen Prizes, served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Law Journal, and completed a student clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec.
