Dorothée Massena is a paralegal in the firm's Corporate Group in the Montréal office. She played a key role in the preparation of the firm’s virtual minute books and database.

She assists clients in their annual maintenance, filings and changes for provincial and federal Corporations and ensures that they are in good standing.

She also verifies that the minute books are up to date. She also assists lawyers on other matters. She is detail-oriented, provides timely and attentive client care.

Prior to joining our firm in October 2021, Dorothée worked in various law firms and has several years' experience in Corporate law, Estate law, Commercial law and Litigation. She performs tasks such as but not limited to incorporations, organizations and conducting minute book reviews.

Dorothée received her D.E.C. in Paralegal Technology at O'Sullivan College in 2016, and was on the President's Honor List.
