Denise Brierley is a paralegal in our Business Law Group located in London, UK. Her area of focus lies in corporate, commercial, capital markets and finance law. She has extensive experience with handling the incorporation and organization of companies, as well as corporate reorganizations.

Our London office provides a comprehensive company secretarial service specifically for the English subsidiaries of our Canadian clients. Alongside her responsibilities in assisting with corporate, commercial, and capital markets transactions, Denise also shares the management of the London office’s company secretarial services. This includes overseeing the annual maintenance tasks and ensuring the completion of statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies in the UK.

Experience

Denise possesses a wealth of knowledge in conducting corporate searches and managing filing procedures. She plays a pivotal role in supporting lawyers during various transactions such as financings, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs. Additionally, Denise assumes primary responsibility for conducting minute book reviews for due diligence purposes.
