Team Value and Skills

Daniela is a law clerk in our Litigation Group in Toronto, exclusively supporting the Ontario College of Teachers practice. She takes conveyance of the files, and see through from beginning to end. Daniela completes file reviews, drafting of agreements , case research, witness contact and preparation, communicates extensively with opposing counsel and self-represented members, and prepares all materials for hearings before the Fitness to Practise and Discipline Committees of the College.

Experience

Daniela has appeared before the Fitness to Practise and Discipline Committees of the Ontario College of Teachers numerous times, and has extensive knowledge of the education regulations and rules.

Previously, Daniela worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a client support specialist, where she supported lawyers and accountants, delivering exceptional client service and quality of work.
