Colin S. McIvor is counsel in the Vancouver office practising in the Real Property and Planning Group.

Colin practises in the areas of commercial real estate and secured financing law and assists on matters such as the development of condominium projects, the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, the negotiation of commercial leases and the preparation of loan agreements and related security documents.

Colin received a BA in English (Honours) in 1978, his MA in English in 1980 and his LLB in 1989 from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia bar.
