Originally from Hong Kong, Christopher graduated with honours from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor of Law in England. Christopher also holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of British Columbia. While studying for his master’s, he spent a semester at Harvard University to pursue his interests in Private Equity, Securities and Financial Regulation.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tetrault, Christopher spent 8-months in a Co-op program with the Corporate Finance Division at the British Columbia Securities Commission where he assisted senior counsels in researching novel ESG and Fintech policy issues related to the financial market.
Outside of law, you will find Christopher cheering on Manchester City FC, climbing at a bouldering gym or working towards his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also actively engaged in the internationally trained lawyers community, where he aims to support international lawyers in their journey to Canada.
