Christine Marchetti is counsel in our Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. She maintains a practice in the area of real estate financing, including acquisition financings, pre-development loans, construction and condominium financings and traditional mortgage loan transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Christine practiced at the Toronto office of an international law firm, including on a secondment where she acted as counsel in the legal department of one of the top six Canadian banks.

Christine received her B.A. (with Distinction) in 2002 from York University and her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005.

Christine was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
