Chelsea is entering her final year of the JD program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she received her Honours Bachelor of Science (with High Distinction) in Neuroscience and Political Science. During her studies, Chelsea worked in research at St. Michael’s Hospital and the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine.

Chelsea is an active member of the law community. Last summer, she worked as a summer student at Enbridge, experiencing legal practice from a corporate in-house perspective. This past year, she served as co-president of the Black Law Student Association – UofT Chapter. She also served as an executive on Women & the Law and volunteered with the University of Toronto Law Review and BLSA Canada. During her tenure, she worked with BLSA Canada to publish its first-ever census report detailing experiences of black students across Canadian law.

Outside of law school, Chelsea enjoys writing, exploring the city with friends, travelling, and football.
