Catherine Tees is the Director of Professional Resources for the Québec Region. In this capacity, she is responsible for strategic projects focused on recruitment, work allocation, professional development, and performance management.

Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Catherine was the Director of Legal Talent at a regional firm. She previously completed her articling at a national firm, where she later practiced business law. She has also served as an in-house counsel for two public companies.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Dalhousie University. She also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2013.
