Ashley is a bankruptcy and restructuring associate. She brings a unique cross-border perspective when advising all stakeholders with respect to both in- and out-of-court restructurings. Ashley has experience across a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, mining, transport, cannabis, forestry, and pharmaceuticals.

Ashley has appeared before the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley practiced at a leading global law firm in New York City, trained at the Inns of Court in London, and clerked at the Court of Appeal of Alberta. In 2021, she was named among the Next Generation of Women Leaders by McKinsey & Company.

Ashley holds degrees from the University of Oxford, University of Toronto, and University of British Columbia.
