Anne Marie McDonald is a paraprofessional in the Business Law (Financial Services) Group at the Montréal office. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, asset financing, securitization and banking law. She regularly performs corporate and securities searches in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights, Bank Act Registry and Superintendent of Bankruptcy, and she also prepares search reports. Anne Marie assist lawyers in the drafting and filing of various acts and forms, including mortgage, transfers, and cancellation forms to be published in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights. She also coordinates security taking in various other jurisdictions (other Canadian provinces or the U.S.). She has developed particular expertise in aircraft financing and acts as an administrator on the International Registry (Cape Town Convention) for a number of our clients.

She also assists lawyers in the drafting of various financing documents and management of transactions. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals.
