Team Value and Skills

Angela Lizotte is a senior securities law clerk in our Business Law Services Group in Toronto. She supports clients by assisting with public and private offerings, TSX and TSXV listings, ongoing disclosure obligations, and insider reporting. Angela assists in the preparation of securities offering documents for long form, short form and shelf prospectuses for equity and debt offerings and mutual fund prospectuses for initial and continuous offerings. She is also responsible for the management of a file, from the initial filing of a preliminary prospectus, to the closing of an offering. Angela routinely assists with numerous securities and corporate transactions.

Experience

Angela is experienced in providing support in all aspects of prospectus offerings and regulatory securities filings, and in preparing and filing of continuous disclosure documents; this includes material change reports, early warning and alternative monthly reports, press releases, insider reports, as well as exemption applications and exempt trade reports. She is also experienced in drafting of documents in support of incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, dissolutions, due diligence, and other matters relating to corporate transactions. Angela’s knowledge and expertise of both securities and corporate law enables her to provide a broad range of support to clients.
