Andreanne Donati-Fiset is a medical law paralegal in the Litigation Group. She assists the lawyers of the Québec City and Montréal offices in the preparation and development of legal defences for the Canadian Medical Protective Association, one of our most important clients. Andreanne plays a major role in supporting the medical litigation team by regularly conducting searches on recent case law on personal injury and disciplinary measures. She also participates in the preparation of civil proceedings and opinions regarding the quantum of damages. Andreanne draws on her law studies and in-depth understanding of personal injury to bring real added value to clients.

EXPERIENCE

Andreanne has been a paralegal in our firm’s Medical Litigation Group since 2015. She has experience in performing legal research and drafting proceedings, as well as good knowledge of litigation in a medical law context.
