The panel will discuss some recent market developments in social activism, potential sources of liability stemming from social activism, the opportunities and challenges brought on by expressing positions (or not expressing positions) on social issues, and some of the key legal considerations for safeguarding corporate brands when assessing and addressing sensitive public issues.
