We are delighted to invite you to the 10th Annual National Retail and Consumer Markets Summit, to be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Designed for legal counsel and business leaders, this session will feature the latest industry trends and legal developments in the sector. We will engage in a lively discussion and will offer practical tips for addressing timely issues facing retailers and consumer-facing businesses today.

Don’t miss this year’s keynote address by Shachi Kurl, Executive Director of the Angus Reid Institute, as she sheds light on insightful polling data relating to the top transformations and challenges in the retail landscape. This will be followed by a fireside chat that digs into the legal implications arising from these key retail analytics. In addition, hear leading practitioners speak to the timely trends in retail and consumer products and hot topics for 2020 such as:

  • 10 years on: Revisiting our inaugural Retail Summit agenda - what we’ve learned and projections for the next 10 years
  • Cross-border conversations: Key insights for the RCM sector in Canada from south of the 49th parallel
  • A new decade in trade: Do you have 20/20 for the 2020s?
  • Disputes, caps & mishaps: Key issues in negotiating and drafting RCM sector commercial agreements

Note: The presentation will take place in our Toronto office and will be given in English only. Other offices will participate via live video link, with the opportunity to submit questions to the panelists.

All instructions and information on how to access the webinar will be forwarded in English a few days before the event.
