July 26, 2022 – Wendy Berman, McCarthy Tétrault partner and head of the firm’s Securities Litigation practice, has been appointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Advisory Council to the CEO. Wendy and its other members will provide the OSC’s CEO with timely and candid perspectives on emerging issues impacting Ontario’s capital markets and investors.

The Council will supplement ongoing input from existing advisory committees, and its insights will help identify both emerging risks and long-term trends.
