Simran recently completed her second year of law at the University of Calgary. In 2014, she received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. While completing her undergraduate degree, Simran served as an executive and President of Women in Science and Engineering (W.I.S.E). She has also been involved in two separate overseas volunteering projects, constructing and renovating a boy’s orphanage in Cusco, Peru and a daycare in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Simran has worked with both federal and provincial levels of government. During law school, she has volunteered as a legal caseworker with Student Legal Assistance.
Simran’s interests include hiking and basketball.
