Chris is entering his third year of the JD program at Western Law. He earned his Bachelor in Organizational and Managerial Studies with a specialization in Finance and Administration at Western University. Prior to attending law school, Chris earned his CPA and CA designations while working six years at KPMG, starting in the audit/tax rotational program before specializing in corporate tax. Chris was a caseworker with the Western Business Law Clinic during his first two years and also worked at the clinic last summer.
During his first year at Western Law, he participated in many advocacy competitions and won the BLG Client Consultation Competition. Most recently, Chris was a finalist in the 2017 Davies Corporate/Securities Law Competition and listed among the top oralists while the Western team finished second overall and tied for third for its written submissions.
Chris plays most sports including lots of squash and he participated on several intramural soccer teams with fellow law students. Chris enjoys cooking and is always on the hunt for the best ingredients. This fall, he will be completing a semester in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
