McCarthy Tétrault Elects Three New Board Members
Toronto, February 2, 2009 — McCarthy Tétrault today announced the re-election of Marc Dorion, Garth M. Girvan and Philip C. Moore to its 11-member Board of Partners.
The firm’s dynamic governance structure, under the direction of the Board of Partners and the Chair and Chief Executive Officer, helps to ensure clients receive high-quality service regardless of geographic location or needs.

Marc Dorion, Q.C./Ad.E.(Québec/Montreal) focuses on project finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy (power/wind) financing and privatizations for borrowers and developers.
Garth M. Girvan (Toronto) practises in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and financial institutions regulation.
Philip C. Moore (Toronto) advises a number of public and private corporations and their boards of directors on corporate and securities matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations.
