Angela M. Juba is an associate in our Litigation Group in Vancouver. Ms. Juba has appeared as counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada, at all levels of court in British Columbia, and before a provincial commission of inquiry. From 2009 to 2010, Ms. Juba served as a Law Clerk to the Honourable Mr. Justice Ian Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Ms. Juba has experience in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract matters, shareholder disputes, and cases involving product liability and vicarious liability. She has experience in appellate litigation including matters relating to constitutional law. Ms. Juba also has experience in insurance coverage disputes and quasi-criminal matters. She maintains a general litigation practice.
Ms. Juba received her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2009, where she received numerous awards for academic achievement, legal writing and volunteerism. She earned a B. Soc. Sc. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Ottawa in 2006.
Ms. Juba was called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia in 2010. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia and is fluent in English and French.
