Angela M. Juba is an associate in our Litigation Group in Vancouver. She maintains a general litigation practice and has experience in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract matters, shareholder disputes, and cases involving product liability and vicarious liability. Her practice also includes experience in appellate litigation, including matters relating to constitutional law, insurance coverage disputes and quasi-criminal matters.
Angela has appeared as counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada, at all levels of court in British Columbia, and before a provincial commission of inquiry. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honourable Mr. Justice Ian Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Angela received her LLB from the University of Windsor in 2009, where she received numerous awards for academic achievement, legal writing and volunteerism. She earned a B. Soc. Sc. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Ottawa in 2006. She was called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia in 2010 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia, and is fluent in English and French.
